Due to strict UK health and hygiene regulations regarding the transit and use of human hair products, our exchange and return policy is governed by the following rigid protections:

• The Universal Security Tag: All Refined Roots hair products arrive structurally secured with our custom, matte universal hygiene hang-tags.

• Void Notice: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly VOID if this security tag has been cut, unlooped, detached, or chemically altered in any way.

• Product Inspection: We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your lace layout, weight density, texture profile, and colour matching within its clear protective band BEFORE removing the universal tag.

• Eligible Returns: Unaltered items with all original security tags completely intact must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return courier costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

THE 6 CORE MEASUREMENT CHECKPOINTS (IN INCHES):

1. Circumference: Trace your perimeter hairline from the front, behind the ears, around the nape, and back to the front.

2. Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline straight over the center top of your crown down to the nape of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear across Forehead: Trace the tape horizontally across your front hairline from the top of one ear to the top of the other.

4. Ear to Ear over Top: Measure from the hairline directly above one ear, straight over the highest point of your crown, down to the opposite ear.

5. Temple to Temple round back: Place the tape at your temple point and trace it horizontally around the back of your head to the opposite temple.

6. Nape of Neck: Measure the flat width of your neck's lower hairline from ear to ear.
